VCA has many opportunities to use music throughout the year.  One of VCA's female soloists placed 1st in international competition in 1995. In 1997, VCA's choir and male quartet each placed 1st in international competition. A male quartet has been a strong trademark of VCA over the years and has won numerous awards on the state and national level. Probably the most visible group has been the mixed ensemble, which ministers in many area churches each year!
